Crafted from a delicately structured bridal tulle, Imara offers a graceful silhouette with slightly more structure than our Dorothea Veil, allowing the lace border to sit beautifully and frame the face with effortless definition. The result is a veil that feels soft and romantic, yet polished and architectural in its presentation.

The veil is adorned with an intricate floral lace trim featuring delicate eyelash edging and softly scalloped motifs that flow around the entire perimeter in true mantilla style. The floral pattern creates a striking frame while maintaining an airy, lightweight appearance, allowing the beauty of your gown to remain visible beneath.

Our Process ▼

Once your veil is confirmed, it's made to order especially for you.

We allow 4-6 weeks for production so the tulle & lace an be crafted and completed with care.

Your veil is professionally steamed, carefully inspected, and prepared for collection from our Perth studio or thoughtfully packaged for delivery ahead of your special occasion.

As part of the IO experience, brides collecting from our Perth studio will receive a complimentary signature mini garment bag to protect and store their veil. For brides outside of Perth, this bag may be added to your order, offering an elegant keepsake solution for storing and preserving your veil for years to come.

We always recommend allowing at least 6 weeks before your special occasion, so everything feels relaxed and beautifully timed.

Veil Care & Preservation ▼

Handle your veil with clean, dry hands to avoid transferring oils or makeup onto the fabric
Store your veil hanging from the comb or laid flat in our breathable garment bag when not in use
Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture and excessive heat to prevent discolouration over time
Avoid contact with rough surfaces, jewellery and sharp objects that may snag delicate tulle or lace
If your veil becomes creased during transit, hang it in a steamy bathroom for a short period to allow wrinkles to gently release
For more stubborn creases, use a garment steamer on a low setting, keeping the steamer at a safe distance from the fabric
Do not iron directly onto tulle, lace, embroidery or embellishments
Spot clean only with a soft, damp cloth. Professional bridal cleaning is recommended for significant marks or stains.
After your wedding, ensure the veil is completely dry before storing.
For long-term preservation, store flat in acid-free tissue paper within our keepsake box in a cool, dry environment. Avoid storing your veil in plastic packaging for extended periods, as this can trap moisture and cause yellowing. Delicate embellishments, embroidery, pearls, crystals and lace trims should be handled with extra care.
IO TIP: To maintain the softness and drape of your veil, we recommend removing it from storage and allowing it to breathe for a few hours before your wedding day.
