Bespoke Designs

A truly intimate and collaborative experience, our bespoke service offers a one-on-one journey with our Head Designer, Katelyn. Each Bespoke creation at Irvarna Orsi is designed to embody the wearer's unique style, personality and story- transformed into a wearable work of art. 

Your Journey begins with an initial Design Consultation, conducted either through email/phone or in-person in our West Leederville Studio. This is your opportunity to share your dreams and preferences with us, allowing us to guide you through our portfolio process ,covering :

• Design inspiration and concept development
• Design overview and detailed elements
• Fabric selection
• Fit & measurement
• Production timeline
• Estimated investment 

Please note, the final pricing may vary depending on specific fabric choices and intricacies of design. A 50% deposit is required before Irvarna Orsi embarks on the journey to bring your vision to life. All payments are non-fundable.

Please note each Bespoke piece is thoughtfully crafted to your exact measurements, designed to fit you beautifully. We take notes and make tweaks along the way, but it is essential that we are informed of any physical measurement changes For local clients in Western Australia, a final fitting is included to ensure a flawless, personal fit. Minor alterations are included as part of the couture process, ensuring your dress sits perfectly and that you are completely satisfied. Should any major design changes or alterations be requested after the final fitting- such as changing the silhouette, neckline, sleeves or other design elements- these will be carried out at your own expense with our recommended in-house alterations specialist, Annabel, subject to her schedule and availability.

Whether selecting alternative colours, fabrics or embellishments, or refining details such as silhouette or neckline, each piece can be thoughtfully tailored to suit you and your occasion.
