Made To Order

Irvarna Orsi operates exclusively on a Made-to-Order basis, allowing each piece to be individually crafted with intention, precision and couture-level detail.

How it works

There are two personalised pathways available; Standard Sizing or Custom Measurements. Both options allow flexibility to customise each element to be uniquely you.

Made-to-Order ( Standard Sizing )

1. Choose size

Choose the standard size that best aligns with your body measurements using our size guide.

2. Place your order

Once your order is confirmed, your piece enters production and is handcrafted specifically for you.

3. Production

Each piece is Made-to-Order using our standard sizing specifications. As this service follows a fixed size structure, alterations are not included.

4. Completion & Delivery

Your finished Irvarna Orsi treasure is carefully completed and prepared for studio pick-up or delivery within the stated production timeframe.

Made-to-Order (Custom Measurements)

1. Place your order

Once your order is confirmed, our Head Designer, Katelyn, will be in touch to confirm measurements and desired length.

2. Professional Measurement - WA Clients only

Clients based in Western Australia are encouraged to book an appointment to be professionally measured.

3. Measurement cut-off

A cut-off date for confirming measurements will be advised. Once confirmed, production of your couture piece will commence.

4. Final Fitting- WA Clients only

A final fitting service is included for local clients to ensure a flawless finish. Minor alterations are included as part of the couture process.

5. Completion & Delivery

Your custom Irvarna Orsi treasure is completed with meticulous attention to detail and prepared for studio pick-up or packed safely for delivery.

Standard size measurements

Our Standard size range (XXS-XXXL)- Please refer to the details & size guide located under your selected style, as this can vary. Please note, your gown is made to your selected size, not your exact measurements. As every body is unique, minor alterations are a normal and expected part of the couture process to achieve your desired fit. Garments produced under this pathway follow our standard size specifications according to the style.

Custom Measurements

Our Made-to-Measure service epitomises the art of personalisation, intrinsically tailored to your unique form. This option allows you to provide your own measurements for a truly custom and individual fit. Please note that Irvarna Orsi cannot be held liable for any changes to measurements occurring between the order date and completion of your piece. When measurements are provided accurately, this approach results in a more refined and optimal fit, with alterations typically minimal, if required at all. Once your order is placed, our Head Designer, Katelyn, will be in touch to confirm your exact measurements and desired length. For local clients in Western Australia, we recommend booking an appointment to be professionally measured. Katelyn will advise you of the measurement cut-off date, after which production of your couture piece will commence.

Alterations

For Made To Order (Standard Sizing), alterations are not offered. For Made To Order (Custom Measurements) we include a final fitting service for local clients in Western Australia, ensuring a flawless, personal fit. Minor alterations are included as part of the couture process. Should major design changes or additional alterations be requested after the final fitting- such as modifications to the silhouette, necklines, sleeves or other design elements- these will be carried out at the client's expense. Such requests may be accommodated through our recommended in-house alterations specialist, Annabel, subhect to her schedule and availability. Please note, there are no contracted agreements in place with our recommended seamstresses, nor do we receive any compensation for referring their business.

Priority Service

Need your garment sooner? Our Priority Service is an extension on our Made To Order model. If you are needing your Made to Order garment sooner than it's anticipated time frame, please contact us and we can review and do our best to accommodate. Please note, a Priority Service on your order will require an addition fee. This fee is dependent on the style, it's complexity of make and the requested make time. Please contact us here to request a Priority Service.

Payment

For all in-person orders placed in our studio, a deposit of 50% is required to secure your bridal or eveningwear piece so we can commence work. For Bridal, we understand how expensive this process can be so we are able to offer flexible payment plans that can suit any brides budget ( AfterPay online only, PayPal, credit & debit card payments).

Returns

Unfortunately due to the nature of this very delicate process we are unable to provide a Refund unless there is a confirmed manufacturing fault. If this is deemed to be the case, we will cover all costs including return shipping. If you choose not to return the gown, Irvarna Orsi is not liable for any associated costs.
